Job Description

The Internship Program Manager will work on specific initiatives within the Operations space at Amazon. This individual will be part of our OpsTech IT business planning team for a 10 week intern program focused on business planning, operational management, reporting and communications. Through our diverse internship opportunities, we aim to align high potential individuals into a full-time hire pipeline for Amazon's future sales team needs.
Successful candidates must be able to successfully manage priorities against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of Operations, Supply Chain management, business analytics and overall business planning. Candidates should have a reputation for being exceptional at collaboration, organization, detail orientated, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate d a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service


Basic Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent master's level program at the time of application
* Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
* Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
* Writing skills appropriate for demand generation, in particular, email, web, social, and campaign ads; both short form and long form.Advertisement
