The AWS Worldwide Revenue Operations (WWRO) organization is seeking a program manager to help execute the vision for and support strategic alignment of the design and development of a new integrated knowledge management (KM) platform for our worldwide field organization. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and reimagine how we share knowledge with our field employees and enable greater levels of seller efficiency in a way that scales with the unprecedented growth of our business. As the Program Manager, Knowledge Management, you will work with a multidisciplinary team responsible for the overall vision, product and content strategy, UI/UX, systems architecture, and product development of a set of integrated solutions that comprise the KM platform. You will lead multiple, simultaneous projects with emphasis on introducing and maintaining operational excellence for the portfolio of tools contributing to sales knowledge access. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with their objectives, continuous improvements in seller efficiency, appropriate change facilitation, and operational transparency.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Support KM strategy execution and manage technology and project portfolio in alignment with objectives. * Define and drive governance and operational mechanisms to ensure delivery and continuous improvement. * Work with stakeholders and product managers to deliver knowledge and enablement process improvements. * Define analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations; monitor and report on program performance; drive action planning based on insights. * Facilitate change contributing to the adoption of and engagement in knowledge and enablement solutions. * Effectively manage project & stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusion, and keep initiatives on track. * Proactively identify problems and opportunities and perform root cause analysis/diagnosis leading to significant business impact.
Other preferred locations: Seattle, WA/ Dallas, TX/ Boston, MA/ Arlington, VA/ Vancouver Canada/ or other locations in the US where Amazon has a presence will be considered.
Basic Qualifications * * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * 3+ years leading knowledge management or sales enablement projects * 3+ years program management experience delivering process and technical solutions * 2+ years of experience using data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, managing projects, solving business problems, and driving business process improvements.
