To achieve on-time, successful launches, this position requires a self-directed individual who can proactively identify risk in emerging areas and net-new business scenarios. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Legal, Design, Tech, and Supply Chain to overcome unanticipated obstacles. It is essential that you have demonstrated experience driving compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act and FDA regulations. This a fast-paced, changing environment, and an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible space.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and abilities:

* Leader: identifies opportunities and drives performance of cross-functional teams;
* Doer: designs and executes compliance programs, removing obstacles and simplifying complications;
* Communicator: communicates regulatory and food safety requirements and best practices in a way stakeholders understand; and
* Problem Solver: uses data and exceptional problem-solving skills to work through ambiguous challenges.
