Precision Inspector

Location: Jamestown, ND (58401)
Duration: 12 Month Contract

*Manager has included a $2000/month housing and $45/day per diem for relocation reimbursement if candidate is not local.

Supports testing and control of raw materials and finished product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable government regulations.

As a Precision Inspector you will be responsible for the inspection of aircraft cargo system parts via CMM or with handheld metrology tools. In addition to inspection of product you'll perform the following:
* Buyoff product or document nonconformances within SAP.
* Assist nonconformance investigations and problem solving/RCCA
* Assist Quality Engineering in problem solving, statistical analysis, calibration, etc.

Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Basic understanding of GD&T or blueprint reading
* Basic understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
* Machinist background and/or metrology experience (manual setup, CMM, FARO arm, etc.) * Intermediate knowledge of GD&T
