Job Description

Customer Care Agents are responsible for managing the processing of orders and sales contracts, overseeing the creation and maintenance of customer account records, and supporting customer inquiries via email and phone. This position also encompasses administrative support, including the preparation of billing invoices and addressing inquiries and follow-ups. The primary emphasis for this position is on reviewing and processing sales contracts while ensuring effective customer account record management within the system. This role is hybrid and will require you working from the office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and updating of accounts
  • Process customer orders and sales contracts
  • Prepare billing and invoicing
  • Invoice adjustments, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Administrative support
  • Other related tasks/projects as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative / billing position
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of sales admin support
  • Process driven and strong attention to detail as demonstrated by past workplace experience.
  • Effective communication and demonstrated experience of following through on assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Strong organizational and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Self starter who can work independently
  • Ability to prioritize departmental functions to meet due dates and deadlines
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job:
  • Must be able to effectively communicate, (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly), in English, in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers;
  • Manual dexterity required for all day computer work, occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment.
  • Ability to focus, at a computer, for extended periods of time.
WORKING CONDITIONS:In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:
  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.

Pay:$19.00ph - $20.00ph DOE
