STS Line Maintenance is seeking highly motivated A&P Mechanics to join our growing line maintenance station in Minneapolis, Minnesota (MSP). In this role, you'll ensure our customers' maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering exceptional service at one of the largest line maintenance support providers in the U.S. Our pay rates range from $30 to $38 per hour, with bonus opportunities based on experience.

• Collaborate with the Line Maintenance Station Manager, Station Leads, airlines, flight crew, and other maintenance controllers.
• Ensure aircraft adhere to airworthiness standards and company policies.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft airframes and engines.
• Analyze test results to adjust, repair, or replace defective components.
• Use precision instruments to measure parts for wear, and replace them as needed.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Work with Airbus A320, Boeing B737, B757, B767, CRJ, and Embraer 170/190 aircraft.

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certifications, with no history of infractions.
• Recent turbine-powered aircraft A&P experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Boeing 737/757/767, Airbus A320, ERJ 145/170/190, and CRJ 700/900 is preferred.
• Personal standard line maintenance tools required (calibrated and specialty tools provided).
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
• Capable of standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Able to pass background checks and drug/alcohol tests, and obtain customs/border clearance.
• Experience working under an FAA Part 145 repair station or Part 135 experience desired.
• Basic-to-mid-level computer and organizational skills.
• Inspection Authorization (IA) license is a plus.
• Flexibility for various schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills, with an excellent work ethic.

• $30 - $38 per hour, depending on experience.
• Bonus opportunities available based on prior experience.
• Yearly raises after evaluation.
